November 15th from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Menu includes Hand-carved turkey with pan gravy and cranberry sauce, honey glazed ham with a sweet raisin sauce, jalapeno cornbread stuffing, spicy green beans, sour cream mashed potatoes, apple pie, pumpkin pie, pecan pie, and candied yams.
  • Locally Sourced. SDSU Dining is committed to sustainable, locally sourced gardening. We utilize two campus gardens (the College Area Community Garden and The Faculty - Staff Club Garden) to sourced plate-based menu items that we consistently use in our kitchens. Ingredients harvested in these gardens and enjoyed by our campus community customers include tomatoes; sugar snap peas; corn; bell peppers; zucchini; yellow squash; basil; and eggplant.

Our monthly specials feature various national cuisines give our chefs the opportunity to show off their talent. With our extensive, buffet-style menus, nobody has to walk away still hungry! However, if you prefer lighter meals, our salads and dressings are fresh and offer healthy choices.
