  • Faculty Staff Club Presents: Mardi Gras. February 28th at 11:30am - 1:30pm. Menu: Shrimp Jambalaya, Cajun Chicken with Tomato Cream Sauce and Wilted Spinach, Sweet and Tangy Collard Greens, Beer Battered Hush Puppies, Cajun Andouille Sausage Soup, New Orleans French Bread. Desserts: King's Cake, Louisiana Whiskey Bread Pudding, Bananas Foster with Vanilla Ice Cream.
  • Locally Sourced. SDSU Dining is committed to sustainable, locally sourced gardening. We utilize two campus gardens (the College Area Community Garden and The Faculty - Staff Club Garden) to sourced plate-based menu items that we consistently use in our kitchens. Ingredients harvested in these gardens and enjoyed by our campus community customers include tomatoes; sugar snap peas; corn; bell peppers; zucchini; yellow squash; basil; and eggplant.

Our monthly specials feature various national cuisines give our chefs the opportunity to show off their talent. With our extensive, buffet-style menus, nobody has to walk away still hungry! However, if you prefer lighter meals, our salads and dressings are fresh and offer healthy choices.
